DEVPN offers a simple, effective solutions to no-log policies of traditional commercial VPN providers.

As a Hybrid VPN provider, and unlike other commercial VPN providers, DEVPN benefits from the same key advantage as decentralized VPN providers: we are inherently less vulnerable to legal demands.

Technically, our hybrid network structure ensures that user logs are not stored in the identical manner as those of other commercial VPN providers, making them far less likely to be accessed or disclosed.

And most importantly, DEVPN offers a fully anonymous registration option. Even if we faced the same challenges as commercial VPN providers, this means we cannot identify our customers in a courtroom.

100% anonymous registration

DEVPN offers a fully 100% anonymous registration process through the use of decentralized wallet authentication, ensuring that our users' privacy is maximally protected from the very start.

Instead of relying on traditional registration methods that require personal information, DEVPN utilizes decentralized wallet technology for authentication without needing to know your name, address, banking details, or even an email address, absolutely nothing that could identify you.

Users can create and register their accounts using anonymous decentralized wallets, which operate on blockchain technology, are freely available and do not require any personally identifiable information.

Please note, although we strongly recommend privacy safe wallet authentication, we understand that not every user may prefer this method. As a Hybrid VPN provider, we also offer alternative registration methods, similar to how DEVPN supports both traditional and decentralized payment options.

Does DEVPN keep logs?

Yes, of course DEVPN keeps logs, we are a large multi-network VPN provider, they are essential.

Not because we believe our hybrid structure protects us, but simply because providing a high-quality service requires a VPN provider to collect some basic data to ensure user satisfaction and safety.

DEVPN maintains a minimal log policy, tracking data such as active sessions, connection times, and session duration to protect both our ecosystem and user accounts from abuse or compromise, similar as how our artificial intelligence watches over users to protect them from anti-tracking and malware.

Unlike many other VPN providers, we explicitly do not collect sensitive information such as physical user locations, browsing history, downloaded file history, or services used by our customers.

Additional log flushing

Beyond our extensive safety measures, which already exceed market standards by multiples, DEVPN adds an extra layer of security: We protect user data by implementing a protocol that flushes logs at random intervals across all terminated VPN connections.

Note that this does not mean all data is gone. To a degree, DEVPN still maintains general aggregate user data, which is monitored across VPN nodes to track overall usage for our investors. However, this means DEVPN can no longer distinguish between individual users in terms of session-specific details.

This protective flushing ensures that, even in a highly unlikely event of a security breach, DEVPN does not leave residual information stuck in memory or storage hardware unnecessarily. It also diminishes the likelihood of DEVPN hardware units being misused or accessed, even if they are seized physically.

What about data-brokerage

DEVPN considers data brokers to be the greatest threat to internet user privacy from both ethical and financial perspectives. Therefore, to clearly differentiate ourselves from other VPN providers:
